Shipping Policy – Europe


We take great care to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly and securely. Below is all the information about our shipping within Europe.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us directly.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. For countries outside of Europe, estimated delivery time is between 7–20 business days, depending on the location and local customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping within Europe is completely free. No additional charges apply for standard delivery within the EU. Please note that any customs duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, and local delivery services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.


5. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to monitor your delivery.


6. Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as customs checks or peak periods). We appreciate your understanding.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. We will be happy to find a suitable solution.
